The future of this series.

I'd like to thank you all for your support for this webinar series.  In particular I must thank those who agreed to present.  For many, it was their first time to present live online.

In a way, the series was a pilot, to show that it could be done in a simple manner, and that it would provide a useful service.  However, it does require some effort to organise and I hope to apply to get resources to continue this in the Autumn.  In my efforts to get these resources it would be useful to get some testimonials from attendees.  So if you found it useful, please feel free to post comments indicating how useful you found it, how you used it (eg. did you bring others into a room to view or did you post recordings to others), and how you think it could be improved. (Suggestions for topics and speakers are welcome)

Thanks again and see you again in the Autumn.

You can see that this has not been doing my eyesight any good.   Wait 'til I find out who drew this on my board!

  1. I enjoyed the series - paticularly found that it was easy to slot into my working day, participate in the webinar whilst having lunch but be finished in time to go to class at 2 - as well as attending some, I've watched one afterwards that I couldn't attend live. For some I would have liked a copy of the slides afterwards (or an edited version to write notes on during). Have sent specific emails to colleagues for particular webinars as well as general advertisements by email and VLE announcement. Damien Raftery
